Elizabeth Little

Elizabeth Little is a highly experienced senior librarian currently serving at the University of Technology Sydney since September 2025. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Manager of the Research Library and Archives at the National Gallery of Australia from May 2020 to September 2025 and served as Library and Learning Centre Manager as well as Reference Librarian at the National Art School from January 2006 to May 2020. Elizabeth has played a significant role in professional organizations, including serving as Chair of the ARLIS/ANZ NSW Chapter from 2012 to 2020 and currently chairs the National Executive since 2024. Early career experiences include working as a Museum Guide at the Historic Houses Trust and as an Education Officer and Reference Librarian at the State Library of New South Wales from January 1992 to June 2006. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Library and Information Sciences and a Bachelor of Art Theory with honors, as well as a Masters of Art Administration from the University of New South Wales.
