Elvira Fonacier

Elvira Fonacier is an experienced professional in performance evaluation and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Performance Evaluation and Head of the Office of Quality Assurance at the University of Technology Sydney since June 2017. Previously held roles include Senior Manager of Evaluations and Rankings and Rankings Program Manager at the same institution, as well as a Senior Project Officer at UNSW Australia from May 2009 to June 2017. Elvira's early career includes positions such as Program Coordinator at the Centre for Continuing Education, Assistant Professor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Coordinator of Studies at the NSW Department of Education, and Coordinator for ELICOS at the University of Wollongong. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts from De La Salle University, a Bachelor's degree from Ateneo de Manila University, and ongoing studies at the University of Wollongong, complemented by a William J Fulbright Doctoral Fellowship for doctoral enrichment.
