Monique Potts

Monique Potts (PhD) is a Lecturer/Researcher at the University of Technology Sydney, specializing in innovation and creativity within the TD School, where courses on the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation and transdisciplinary electives are designed and taught. Potts is also a PhD candidate researching resilience and learning. As a Board Member of the New Economy Network Australia, Potts contributes to efforts aimed at transforming Australia's economic system to prioritize ecological health and social justice. Additionally, Potts works as an innovation strategy consultant and serves as a founding member of The Grove, fostering a network of innovators and change-makers. Previous roles at UTS include Director of Strategic Projects and Deputy Director of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Creative Intelligence, along with a significant tenure in digital product management at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Potts holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, a Master of Arts in New Media, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
