Qian Su

Senior Lecturer And Principal Investigator at University of Technology Sydney

Dr. Qian (Peter) Su 苏乾 is a Senior Lecturer and Principal Investigator at the University of Technology Sydney since March 2017, specializing in quantitative imaging at the nanoscale, with a focus on single-molecule and super-resolution microscopy. Currently, Dr. Su holds roles as an EL1 Fellow of NHMRC and a Postdoctoral Fellow of the Heart Foundation, in addition to serving as a visiting scientist at the Heart Research Institute and Centenary Institute. Previous positions include postdoctoral research fellowships and a PhD candidacy at Peking University, where Dr. Su developed advanced imaging techniques and studied intracellular mechanisms. Dr. Su earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Single Molecule Biophysics from Peking University and furthered studies as a visiting scholar at Harvard University. An undergraduate degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering was obtained from Chongqing University.
