Roger Hadgraft

Roger Hadgraft is an esteemed academic in engineering education, serving as an Adjunct Professor and Visiting Professor at the University of Technology Sydney since February 2016, where transformative approaches to engineering curricula have been implemented. As a Fellow of Engineers Australia since July 2009, Roger has held prominent roles at various institutions, including as Professor of Engineering Education at CQUniversity, where a new project-based Master's program was established, and Deputy Dean overseeing curricular revisions. Previous leadership positions include Innovation Professor at RMIT University, Director of the Engineering Learning Unit at the University of Melbourne, and a key role in directing teaching and learning at RMIT University’s Civil, Environmental and Chemical Engineering department. Roger’s extensive educational background includes a PhD in engineering education from Monash University, supplemented by qualifications in computer science, water resources engineering, and civil engineering from notable Australian universities.
