Stephanie Zou

Stephanie Zou is a Senior Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant at the University of Technology Sydney, leading the Marketing Cloud Platform within the IT Salesforce Team since November 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as a Marketing Cloud Consultant at Destined, a Salesforce Platinum partner, from 2016 to October 2021. Stephanie began the career as a Media Analyst at Competitive Marketing Services from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities included analyzing retailer promotional strategies, reporting on cooperative advertising, and interrogating raw data for forecasting and sales prediction. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
