Shima Rahmani

Shima Rahmani is a highly experienced Senior Research Engineer at the University of Tehran since December 2019, specializing in the design of Decision Support Systems that enhance stakeholder decision-making and automate knowledge discovery from large databases. Previous roles include serving as a Quality and Reliability Professional - Technical Advisor at the Ministry of I.C.T, where reliability engineering principles were applied to new product development, and as a Senior Researcher at the Flying Robots Lab, focusing on simulation-based design optimization and Bio-Inspired Algorithms. Shima's academic background includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Space System Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology, alongside experience in teaching and research during earlier educational pursuits.
