Andreas Papatheodorou is an accomplished academic and executive with extensive experience in tourism, economics, and aviation. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority since August 2021, Andreas holds several significant roles at the University of the Aegean, including Professor in Industrial and Spatial Economics with Emphasis on Tourism, Director of the MSc Programme in Strategic Management of Tourism Destinations and Hospitality Enterprises, and Deputy Head of the Department of Tourism Economics and Management.
