Dr. Ayanna Stephens

Dr. Ayanna Stephens is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business development and consulting. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Business Plan Consultant at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean since August 2021, Dr. Stephens also founded and manages The Entrepreneurship Experts since November 2019. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship and Commercial Studies from The University of Trinidad and Tobago, emphasizing work and well-being for different employment types, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Anglia Ruskin University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
