Hena Mahboob

Hena Mahboob is a skilled professional with extensive experience in employee relations, counselling, and human resources. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Advisor at Connective since February 2023, Hena also holds roles as a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Unison Therapy BC and Inkblot Therapy. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Canadian Tire Corporation as a Regional Human Resources Business Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, risk management, training, and performance management across Western Canada. Hena began a counseling career through internships at Milieu Family Services and Turning Point Therapy, complemented by a strong background in retail management at Gap.
