Andre Tredoux

Andre Tredoux is a seasoned rugby coach with extensive experience in various coaching roles. Currently serving as the Head Coach of Rugby at the University of the Free State since October 2021, Tredoux previously held positions including Head Coach at Rugby Club Slava Moscow and Assistant Coach at Paarl Boys' High School. Tredoux's background includes notable roles as Defense Coach for NTT Docomo Red Hurricanes and u19 Head Coach and Head of Recruitment for the Toyota Free State Cheetahs and North West University, where Tredoux received the 2010 NWU Puk Rugby Institute Coach of the Year award. Tredoux began a coaching career as Conditioning and Defense Coach with the Valke Rugby Union. Tredoux holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Science from the University of the Free State and completed high school at Kuswag School.
