Lunga Luthuli

Lunga Luthuli is an experienced professional in internal communication and public relations, currently serving as Acting Manager of Internal Communication at the University of the Free State since May 2021. In this role, Lunga oversees staff communication initiatives, develops content for various platforms, and collaborates with the Director for Communications and Marketing on strategic internal communication programs. Previous positions include Public Relations and Communications Officer at West Coast TVET College, where Lunga managed marketing materials and stakeholder relations, and Membership & Communications Officer at SWEAT, focusing on communication strategies for members. Lunga's career also includes data management and administrative roles in organizations such as TB HIV Care and the Road Accident Fund. Lunga holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
