Raz de la Torre

Raz de la Torre is an accomplished director and educator with extensive experience in the Philippine media industry. Serving as a Director at ABS-CBN since June 2011, Raz has directed notable works including "Hello Heart," "Maalaala Mo Kaya," "A Soldier's Heart," "The Killer Bride," and "Love Bites." Concurrently, Raz holds the position of Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines, focusing on videography, production, directing, screenwriting, and documentary within the College of Mass Communication. Additional experience includes producing programs for ABS-CBN News Channel and former roles as Director-Writer and mentor at ABS-CBN Film Productions, Inc., alongside teaching screenwriting at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Raz holds an MA with Distinction in Filmmaking from London Film School and a BA in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines.
