Ryan MacHado

Ryan Machado is an experienced professional with a diverse background in academia and the corporate sector. Currently serving as an Instructor and Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines since August 2018, Ryan also holds roles as Writer, Director, and Producer at Huling Palabas. Prior experience includes a position as Communications and Social Enablement Manager at IBM Global Business Process Services from October 2014 to August 2018, where responsibilities encompassed strategic communications and bid management. Additional roles at IBM included People Manager and Bid Support Specialist, focusing on team performance and solution design. Earlier experience includes research analysis at ISS and legal transcription editing at ScopeWorks Asia, Inc. Ryan holds an MFA in Creative Writing from De La Salle University and a management degree from the University of the Philippines.
