Kathryn Ryan

Kathryn Ryan is a Trustee at the University of the South and has previous experience working in healthcare investment banking and patient experience strategy. Ryan began their career as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Jefferies & Company in 2010. There, they were responsible for maintaining the Managing Director's industry coverage reports, updating the Group's revenue and pipeline, and preparing prospective client presentations. In 2012, Ryan transitioned to Press Ganey, where they served as Chief of Staff for Transformational Advisory Services. In this role, they were responsible for executing on strategic C-Suite priorities and facilitating continuity of efforts across the team during a rapid growth phase. Ryan has also built and maintained trusted partnerships with executives of top healthcare clients and worked with Press Ganey senior leadership and product sales teams to identify risks and pursue whitespace opportunities.

Kathryn Ryan has a BA in Communications from Boston College and a BS in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from UNSW. Kathryn also has a high school diploma from Pingree School.
