Cordelia Jackson

Cordelia Jackson currently serves as the Director of the Academic Support Unit at the University of the Sunshine Coast, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Cordelia Jackson was the Director of the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) at The University of Queensland from July 2021 to February 2024. Cordelia Jackson also held the position of Associate Director of Senior Program Management in the Strategic Program Office at the University of Queensland from May 2018 to June 2021, and served as Deputy Director (Operations) at the Institute for Social Science Research from 2010 until May 2018. Responsibilities throughout these roles have included governance, strategic planning, financial planning and management, resource planning, business process improvement, change management, information systems planning, human resource management, communications management, and leadership across a diverse portfolio of operational activities, including learning and training development and delivery.
