Retha Scheepers

Retha Scheepers currently serves as Associate Dean at the School of Business and Creative Industries at the University of the Sunshine Coast, specializing in teaching Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management while engaging in research, consulting, and community outreach. Previously, Retha held senior lecturer positions at the University of Southern Queensland and the University of Stellenbosch, focusing on PhD student support and professional development, as well as curriculum development and community engagement in entrepreneurship. Retha's career includes a role as Corporate Consultant at Damelin Education Group, where responsibilities encompassed student recruitment and customized course development. Retha holds a Ph.D. in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stellenbosch University and a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education.
