Sue Beaton

Sue Beaton is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and clinical nursing, currently serving as a Health Safety and Wellbeing Consultant at the University of the Sunshine Coast since October 2011. With prior experience as a Health and Safety Advisor, Rehab and Return to Work Coordinator, and Fire Safety Advisor at Lifeline Disability Services, as well as extensive clinical roles in public and private hospitals, including Clinical Nurse Manager and Nurse Educator, Sue brings a wealth of expertise to the field. Educational credentials include a Master's in Health, Safety and Environment and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Queensland University of Technology, along with a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Adelaide, and a Bachelor of Science in Australian Environmental Studies from Griffith University. Additionally, Sue holds a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing and a qualification as a Registered General Nurse from Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
