Mark St. Andre serves as the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Director of Learning Analytics and Outcomes Assessment at the University of Utah since March 2005, where responsibilities include assessing academic program effectiveness, consulting with academic departments, overseeing general education program assessments, and preparing accreditation documents. Prior to this role, Mark St. Andre was the Director of Evaluation at Waterford Institute from 1998 to 2004, managing evaluation teams and developing educational assessments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Analyst at both Waterford Institute and the Institute for Social and Economic Development, focusing on software effectiveness and welfare reform evaluations, respectively. Mark St. Andre holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and a Master's in Statistics from the University of Utah, as well as a Master's in Social Work from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Grinnell College.
