Jay Caporale

Jay Caporale has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jay most recently served as AVP Corporate and Foundation Relations at the University of Vermont Foundation since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Special Assistant to the Provost at Johnson & Wales University from September 2020 to April 2022. From May 2015 to June 2019, Jay held the position of Vice President Corporate and Foundation Engagement at Merrimack College. Before that, they worked at the Essex County Community Foundation as the Executive Vice President and Director of Philanthropy from August 2010 to May 2015. Jay's career began in 1989 at Ruotolo Associates Inc., where they worked their way up to become President and COO until August 2010.
