Connie Russell

Connie Russell, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished administrative and HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Kronos Process Coordinator and Customer Success Specialist at the University of Vermont since May 2020, Connie previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County Inc. and spent over a decade at the University of Vermont in various HR capacities, including HR Business Manager and Business Office Coordinator. A degree in Human Resources Management from Champlain College and a certificate from Trinity College of VT further underpin Connie’s expertise in the field. Additionally, Connie has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/President of The Village Green Florist for over 20 years and has worked as a freelance designer for major events including three NFL Super Bowls and The Golden Globe Awards.
