Dan Harvey

Dan Harvey serves as the President of Generator VT, Burlington's not-for-profit maker space, since September 2017. In addition to this role, Dan has been the Assistant Dean of the Graduate College at the University of Vermont since 2010. Previously, Dan held the position of Board President at Burlington City Arts from 2001 to 2011, as well as Assistant Dean and Chief of Staff at UVM College of Engineering & Mathematical Sciences from July 2005 to July 2010. Dan's extensive experience in media and production includes serving as General Manager and VP for Production at Vermont Public Television from September 1985 to June 2005. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of Vermont, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
