Linda Aines is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and international development. Currently serving as Associate Professor Emerita at the University of Vermont and CEO/Principal Recruiter at Aines International since 2002, Linda specializes in international development, providing recruitment services for projects funded by USAID and other global organizations. With a robust background in business planning, marketing, and community resource development, Linda has offered consultancy across various countries, including Nicaragua, Haiti, and Afghanistan. Linda holds a BSBA and MBA in Manpower Planning & Finance/Organizational Development from The Ohio State University and has held advisory roles with numerous organizations, including the USDA, contributing significantly to agricultural and marketing assistance programs.
