Sally Blanchard-O'Brien

Sally Blanchard-O'Brien serves as the Congressional Papers Archivist and Library Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont since July 2023. Previously, from September 2012 to June 2023, Sally worked at the Vermont State Archives and Records Administration in various roles, including Roving Archivist, where consultation and outreach services were provided to historical record repositories, and Archivist II, focusing on processing state government records and providing reference services. Earlier experience includes positions at the University of Vermont as a Digital Support Specialist and at Burlington College as Assistant Registrar. Sally holds a Master's degree in Library & Information Science from San José State University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Skidmore College.
