Jay Meyer

Jay Meyer is an experienced professional in project management and architectural design, currently serving as Associate Director of Project Management Services at the University of Victoria since December 2023. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager for Facilities Design & Construction at Island Health from May 2021 to December 2023 and Owner + Principal of Living Building Workshop, a design studio focused on custom residences and structures, from May 2013 to May 2023. Jay has also held positions such as Workplace Planner for both the Province of British Columbia and Island Health, Senior Associate at Partnerships BC, and Manager of Capital Asset Management with the Province of British Columbia. With a solid educational background, including a Masters of Architecture and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and University of Victoria respectively, Jay has developed a comprehensive skill set in both planning and architectural services.
