Alice Berry

Alice Berry is a dedicated journalism professional with experience in various media roles. Currently serving as a University News Associate at the University of Virginia since April 2023, Alice previously worked as a K-12 Education and County Government Reporter for The Daily Progress & Central Virginia Media Group, where responsibilities included producing daily stories, managing the politics desk, and developing digital content strategies. Additional experience includes editorial work at Oxford American Magazine, social media and fact-checking at AFP, and teaching assistance at Rhodes College. Alice holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies and Spanish from Rhodes College.
