Grace Therber

Grace Therber, MS, CCLS, is an experienced Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant at the University of Virginia since October 2022 and a member of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee for The Association of Child Life Professionals, Inc. since July 2022. Grace previously served as a Certified Child Life Specialist at Nationwide Children's Hospital, providing psychosocial support in specialized units. Grace's early career includes roles as a Child Life Intern with comprehensive rotations in various pediatric settings and as a Child Life Practicum Student at Intermountain Healthcare. Grace holds a Master of Science in Human Development & Social Policy from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Developmental and Child Psychology from Brigham Young University. Additionally, Grace has experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Utah, contributing to various educational projects and coursework.
