Jeremy Sibiski

Chief Operating Officer, School of Medicine at University of Virginia

Jeremy Sibiski is the Chief Operating Officer of the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia. Jeremy has previously served as the Executive Director of Finance and Administration and Executive Vice President of Florida Clinical Practice at the University of Florida College of Medicine, and as the Director of Oncology Services at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

Sibiski has been responsible for directing the HR and financial operations of the College of Medicine, including budgeting and financial reporting in support of 1400 faculty and a total employee count of more than 5000 FTE. Jeremy has also overseen a $1B College of Medicine budget, including a $700M Faculty Practice Plan. In their role as Director of Oncology Services, they were responsible for providing technical guidance and management for medical oncology and radiation oncology services, as well as developing, process improving and ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory and accreditation standards.

Jeremy Sibiski has a MBA/MHA from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.

They work with Lily West - President and CEO, University of Virginia Alumni Association, John Kosky - Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and Jennifer Siciliano - Chief External Affairs Officer. Jeremy Sibiski reports to James E. Ryan, President.
