Zeinab Chitforoush

Zeinab Chitforoush, Ph.D., currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Virginia, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Chitforoush gained valuable experience as a Pharmacokineticist at Spaulding Clinical Research, LLC from November 2021 to March 2023 and as a Pharmacokinetic Scientist at Celerion from January 2018 to November 2021. Additionally, Chitforoush worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the College of Saint Mary, teaching Anatomy and Physiology in early 2018. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology from the University of Virginia School of Medicine (2010-2016), a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Alzahra University (2006-2008), and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology and Zoology from Kharazmi University (2002-2006).
