Amak Mahmoodian is an accomplished curator at International Photography since April 2012 and a photographer at the University of Wales, Newport since September 2007. Previously, Amak served as a lecturer at the Art University of Tehran from September 2005 to August 2007. Amak holds a PhD from the University of Wales, Newport, earned between 2007 and 2012.
