Keith Morton

Keith Morton is an experienced academic and business professional with extensive expertise in leadership development, teaching, and wine importation. Since March 2006, Keith has served as an Associate Teacher and Academic Director at the University of Warwick, leading the Business Environment and Strategy module for Network Rail and delivering international courses in Change Leadership and Strategic Human Resource Management. As the Managing Director of Morton 5275 Ltd. since November 2005, Keith oversees leadership coaching and continues to import and retail wines globally. As the Owner of Wine 2 You, Keith specializes in organic and artisan wines. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Represent Ltd. and as an Associate Trainer/Facilitator for Barclays Business Banking. Keith holds multiple degrees, including a BSc from the University of Bristol and a Diploma in Labour Studies from the Polytechnic of Central London, along with certification as a Transactional Analyst.
