Penny Triantafillou

Associate Director, Business Partnerships at University of Warwick

Penny Triantafillou has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Starting in 1987, they worked as a Team Supervisor at Pacific National Leasing, where they supported and coordinated business development activities while supervising a team. In 1988, they became an Account Manager at Commcorp Financial Services Inc., where they established and maintained strong relationships with clients and achieved ambitious sales targets.

From 1994 to 2014, Penny worked as an English Second Language Teacher, both in language schools and as a self-employed teacher. Penny had a high success rate in helping students pass certificate-bearing exams, including their own children.

Penny then transitioned to the field of human resources, working as a Recruitment Support Assistant at the University of Glasgow from 2015 to 2016. Penny managed the administration of online recruitment procedures, improving support and excellence for all stakeholders.

From 2016 to 2017, Penny served as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Glasgow's School of Life Sciences, supporting senior management and ensuring efficient operations.

Penny joined the University of Warwick in 2017 and held multiple roles. As the Undergraduate Programme Coordinator, they provided information and assistance to thousands of students. Later, as the Recruitment & Admissions Coordinator, they contributed to excellent customer service, processed student applications, and communicated decisions. Most recently, Penny served as a Business Development Manager, delivering professional recruitment services and building trusted relationships.

In 2023, Penny will assume the role of Associate Director, Business Partnerships at the University of Warwick.

Penny Triantafillou holds an Honours Bachelor's degree from York University, with a double major in Psychology and Economics.
