Rachel Donath

Rachel Donath is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Mills & Reeve since February 2011. Rachel has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Leadership Development and Training and Development Manager. Additionally, Rachel is a part-time tutor for Warwick's Coaching Masters Programme at the University of Warwick and previously worked as a Communication Specialist at McKinsey & Company and a Global Proposal Advisor at KPMG. Rachel began their career as an Ember Inns Brand Manager at Mitchells & Butlers. Academically, Rachel holds a Master's degree in Coaching from the University of Warwick and an MA in History from the University of Cambridge.
