Yewande Akinola Mbe Fiet Honfreng

Yewande Akinola MBE FIET HonFREng serves as the EMEA Technical Director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions since October 2024. Additionally, Yewande holds several notable positions, including Non Executive Director at Co-creation Hub and Midlands Mindforge, Vice President at the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and Global Advisory Board Member at Warwick Business School. Yewande has been active as an Independent Member of Council at the University of Warwick since September 2019 and as an Ambassador for Clean Growth & Infrastructure at Innovate UK since November 2020. Other roles include Change Maker at Our Ingenious World and Visiting Professor at the University of Westminster. Yewande has received extensive education, earning a degree in Engineering Design and Appropriate Technology from the University of Warwick, an MSc in Innovation and Design for Sustainability from Cranfield University, and a certification in Innovation Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
