Hanna Dinh Hsieh

Hanna Dinh Hsieh, MHA, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in program management and quality improvement. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the WA State Telehealth Collaborative at UW Medicine since November 2020, Hsieh previously held roles at Sea Mar Community Health Centers from August 2016 to October 2020, including Quality/Clinical Outcomes Manager and Clinic Manager. In these capacities, Hsieh led initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes, developed policies for medical operations, and successfully improved patient engagement and satisfaction. Hsieh's prior experience includes positions at the University of Washington Medical Center, Institute of Translational Health Sciences, and Surgical Outcomes Research Center, with a focus on regulatory compliance and research support. Hsieh holds a Master's Degree in Health Administration and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Public Health and Medical Anthropology & Global Health from the University of Washington.
