Kyo Koo

Kyo (John) Koo is a skilled financial analyst with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst in Cost Accounting at UW Medicine since April 2023, Kyo supports both UW Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center. Prior experience includes a financial analyst role at Providence, where responsibilities encompassed FP&A for Oregon Regional Finance and Shared Services and serving as the Provider Hierarchy Data Steward for Oregon. Kyo also worked as a Staff Accountant at Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. and gained experience as a Business Analyst Intern focused on Finance Transformation at the University of Washington, alongside a decision support internship in cost accounting at Providence. Kyo holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics and Health Information Management from the University of Washington.
