MacKenzie Deiman

Mackenzie Deiman currently serves as the Director of Finance and Administration at the SPIRIT Center within UW Medicine's Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, a position held since December 2022, following roles as Manager of Program Operations and Program Operations Specialist within the same department. Prior to this, Mackenzie worked at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as a Production Specialist, managing a $30 million loan pipeline while providing financial analysis and interpreting contracts. Mackenzie’s extensive experience at Wells Fargo spanned from May 2009 to January 2022, where roles included Branch Manager II and Branch Operations Manager II, focusing on performance analysis, profit and loss management, staff development, and enhancing customer service quality. Mackenzie holds an educational background from Bellevue College.
