Michelle Rastelli

Michelle Rastelli, MHA, RDCS, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Non-Invasive Cardiology at UW Medicine, overseeing program development and operations for the echocardiography, electrocardiography, and nuclear cardiology labs at multiple campuses. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Harborview Medical Center, where significant achievements include leading an insurance authorization project to reduce echocardiography procedure denials and optimizing scheduling processes to increase patient access. Earlier roles at Harborview involved supervision of clinical operations, as well as serving as Technical Director in the echocardiography lab. Michelle began her career as an echocardiography intern at Overlake Hospital, since earning a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Ultrasound from Seattle University and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Washington.
