Annette Sommer

Annette Sommer has extensive experience in treasury and financial management, currently serving as Associate Vice President and University Treasurer at the University of Washington since October 2014, where previous roles included Senior Associate Treasurer and Associate Treasurer. Prior to this, Annette held the position of Senior Vice President at Piper Jaffray from July 2013 to October 2014, following a tenure as Vice President at Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation from July 1999 until its acquisition by Piper Jaffray. Annette Sommer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business, graduating in 1999.
