Ariel Wang

Ariel Wang is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Lead for both the University of Washington and Ocean Nexus since 2022. Previously, Ariel was a Studio Coordinator at Gensler, where a passion for design was cultivated, and held the position of Media and Partnerships Manager at Earth Island Institute, a notable environmental action hub. Additional roles include Environmental Science Educator and Program Coordinator at NatureBridge, where education and diversity initiatives were emphasized, and involvement in communication strategies at Presidio Trust and Localwise. Educational credentials include a double major B.A. in Political Science and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and further studies at Sciences Po and UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design.
