Asher Curtis is an accomplished academic in the field of accounting, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Professional Accounting program at the University of Washington since 2012. Additionally, Asher holds the Herbert O. Whitten Endowed Professorship in Accounting at the Michael G. Foster School of Business since June 2015. Previous academic roles include Assistant Professor at the University of Utah and Lecturer at the University of New South Wales, along with visiting positions at Columbia University and New York University. Asher Curtis earned a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of New South Wales and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
