Danielle Sparks

Danielle Sparks is an experienced employment specialist currently assisting adults with developmental disabilities at the University of Washington. Previous roles include providing trauma-informed care as a Floating Programs Specialist at REST, where Danielle created individualized care plans and helped survivors gain employment. Additional experience includes program and product management positions at Simplicity Consulting and Funko, where Danielle managed product launches, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional teams. Danielle's freelance work in production management and health coaching further showcases a strong background in resource management and motivational skills. Danielle holds a B.S. in Psychology from Washington State University and attended Truman State University.
