Derek Lunde is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in real estate and brand development. As the Senior Marketing Director at Red Propeller since April 2014, Derek leads the creation of go-to-market strategies and brand identities for a diverse portfolio of mixed-use real estate products across the United States. In addition to current responsibilities, Derek co-teaches a module on branding and strategic communications for mixed-use development at the University of Washington. Previous roles include Director of Visual Communication and Strategy at BCRA, where Derek integrated brands into the built environment, and various marketing strategy positions. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
