Dobromir Dimitrov is a Principal Staff Scientist at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (FHCRC), where employment began in July 2008, with previous roles including Senior Staff Scientist and Staff Scientist within the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Division. In addition, Dobromir serves as an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the University of Washington, a position held since 2008. Prior experience includes a Post-Doctoral Research Associate role in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Tennessee from June 2005 to June 2008. Dobromir earned a PhD in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2001 and 2005.
