Kate Farris

Kate Farris, Ph.D., is a lecturer in the Department of Statistics at the University of Washington and serves as a research consultant for Robust Intelligence focusing on AI and security. Prior experience includes roles at Apple, where Kate specialized in AI ML Strategy for Siri and Language Technologies, and at Microsoft, working on M365 Security and Compliance Applied Research. Additionally, Kate contributed as an applied scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in the Seattle Research Center.
