Kimberly Mishra

Kimberly Mishra currently serves as the Chief of Staff for UW Human Resources at the University of Washington, a position held since November 2002, where focus is placed on enhancing the employee experience for over 53,000 individuals across multiple campuses and hospitals. Previously, Kimberly led the first centralized marketing and communications function for UW Human Resources, directing various campaigns related to essential HR services. Earlier experience includes a role as Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania, where recruitment processes were modernized, and as Marketing Manager at ADM, managing relationships with major affinity accounts. Kimberly holds a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Political Science from Northern Illinois University.
