Brayden Herbert is currently working as a Fluids Predictive Engineering Intern at BRP since January 2024. Prior to this, Brayden held the position of Aerodynamicist at University of Waterloo Formula Electric and R&D Engineering Assistant at Meta Materials Inc. from May 2023 to August 2023. In addition, Brayden has experience as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at City of Surrey and as a SMART Lab Research Assistant at University of Waterloo. Brayden is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nanotechnology Engineering at the University of Waterloo after completing their high school diploma at Pacific Academy.

The University of Waterloo's Formula Electric design team is comprised of highly motivated passionate students from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. We compete in the Formula SAE electric race car competition against universities from around the world.
