Alonzie Scott

Alonzie Scott III serves as the Director of Mission Support for the Office of Naval Research (ONR) where he is responsible for Human Capital, Command Logistics, Information Technology Infrastructure, Facility Management, Security, Small Business and Performance Improvement functions across the ONR enterprise. Scott previously served as Program Manager for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Enterprise Talent Management Office, and Senior Executive Advisor to the Technical Director. He also served as a senior technical authority, expert consultant, and advisor to the NSWCPD senior leadership on developing, resourcing, overseeing, implementing, administering, and evaluating all aspects of talent management. His Navy Senior Executive Service work earned recognition from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) as an "Executive Development Best Practice."

Mr. Scott received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of West Florida. He also earned an Executive Leadership Certificate from eCornell, and a Navy Non-Appropriated Unlimited Contracting Warrant and Contracting Officer Representative certification.
