Libby Carter

Libby Carter, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Talent Services at the University of West Georgia since August 2022, and previously held the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager and Office Manager at Farmers Insurance from August 2018 to August 2022. Prior to this, Libby worked as a Corporate Human Resources, Recruiting and Talent Manager at Systems & Methods, Inc. from August 2015 to August 2018 and as a Human Resources - Professional Staffing Specialist at Southwire Company from September 2013 to August 2015. Libby's earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Specialist at the University of West Georgia, owning a fitness center, working as an Employment Consultant/Recruiter at Randstad, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Wood Builders and Erectors. Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Georgia, earned from 1998 to 2003.
