Scott McElroy

Scott McElroy currently serves as the Chief Business Officer and Vice-President of Business & Financial Services at the University of West Georgia since May 2022. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at The Coca-Cola Company from January 2003 to April 2021, including positions such as CFO for the Coca-Cola Freestyle Business Unit & Innovation Center, where responsibilities encompassed global commercial financial duties, performance management, and controllership for a billion-dollar business unit. Additionally, leadership roles included Group Finance Director and various Finance Director positions overseeing commercial finance, marketing, and media spend management. Education includes participation in The Executive Program for Prospective CFOs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University.
